With over 15 years of experience driving global innovation, Nieves has held leadership roles at startups and multinationals in product commercialization, contributing to industry standards and patents. Her expertise spans customer experience, IoT, and AI/ML. Based in Australia, Nieves is a passionate STEM/AI mentor and collaborates with universities and government to promote diversity and inclusion in technology fields.
